Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has received the newly posted heads of paramilitary organisations in Adamawa State, urging them to uphold integrity and deepen collaboration with the state government to enhance security and public service delivery.
The meeting, which took place at the Government House in Yola, brought together key security officials recently assigned to the state. The governor emphasized the critical role of paramilitary agencies in maintaining peace, protecting lives and property, and supporting civil authority.




Governor Fintiri charged the officers to discharge their responsibilities with utmost professionalism and dedication, stressing that effective inter-agency cooperation remains vital in addressing security challenges across the state.
He further called for intensified efforts in safeguarding communities, improving public safety, and ensuring efficient service delivery within their respective commands, noting that the state government remains committed to supporting security institutions in achieving lasting stability.
The governor reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to sustain peace and strengthen institutional partnerships for the overall development of Adamawa State.
